I'm Pissed...LEAVE ME ALONE!
Well, this started AGAIN yesterday (this has been going on since May 2006). My ex keeps calling and it's driving me NUTS! I just got a call, not 5 minutes ago, from a friend telling me that he's now harassing her (to find out information I suspect) because I don't take his calls anymore. He just calls and calls and calls (and calls). For all that effort, he's rewarded with nothing but my voice mail. I know he's VERY frustrated but that's not my problem (or maybe it is...otherwise, I wouldn't be writing this now). The way I figure it, he waited too long to 'make things right'. Now, don't get me wrong, my pas is *FULL* of 'ex-recycles'. You know what that is, when you keep going back to the same person because it's comfortable (among other things). But now I'm just getting plain pissed off! The thing is, before I metamorphosed into
indifference, I gave him fair warning that if he kept up his 'attitude issues', I would automatically feel different about him and it wouldn't be something I could 'recover' from. And I don't mean...purposely 'not recovering' because I'm trying to make him suffer, I mean emotionally. Emotionally (not to mention physically), I just wouldn't be capable of feeling the same way about him. I know you know what I mean, I already revealed my short attention span. You know they say that the opposite of love is indifference because when you HATE someone, there's still a measure of passion there. With this, I'm over it, and now that I can't go back, he won't stop bothering me! Why does that happen? Why do people feel the need to give it their all when there's no longer a need? Dang, he just called me AGAIN...THREE MORE TIMES! I think I'm going to have to change my phone number! Or at least turn off my cell for the night. Man, that just plain STINKS!!!!
