Because
of the mind-numbing errands I have to complete today (through the first week
of November), stress-induced acne has been unrelenting. I'm sure I'll
personally keep the Oxy Acne Product corporation in business and in the black
through the entire recession. I'm not really 'a complainer' by nature, so my internalized
stress seems to burst through my skin cells...literally. It's all good though, I'll worry about looking human again
once I get my life back. In the meantime, I'll put a positive spin on things and
deem my spontaneous break-outs as "character pimples." Man, I have so much still left to do! (Uh oh, another
pimple just popped up.)
I'm only writing this today because my horoscope strongly suggested I fit in a
leisure activity with my jam-packed To Do list, so I'm taking time out to post
this. This would not be my first choice for a quick "time-out" leisure activity
but
I'll work with what I've got. For
some inexplicable reason, I blew HOURS working on a ChaunyShort video after work
yesterday. I'm still learning how to use the software, so the video took me much
longer than usual to complete. The video was about one of my favorite words in the English
language (the F word). I
have hundreds of hours of entertaining video of other stuff still left to sift
through and mold into "art" but instead, I decided to answer the immediate call
of my randomly profane brain. I
don't really live life in "chronological order" so why should I produce videos
that way? I do what I feel like, when I feel like it and it never makes any
sense to anyone, least of all me. I'm
absolutely committed to acting when the mood strikes and not one moment
before.
So what I blew coveted errand time on senseless video-making yesterday? Even if you feel the F word is vile profanity, you have to appreciate a single word that serves as a noun, verb and adjective. In my book, versatile vulgarity will take precedent over exhausting errands any day of the week.
